As our name infers, Lakes and Craters Holiday Park is located adjacent to some pretty amazing scenery including Lake Bullen Merri.
Lake Bullen Merri is a crater lake located just outside of Camperdown. The clover-leaf shape of Lake Bullen Merri indicates that it was probably formed by two overlapping volcanoes.
Volcanic sands frame the beautiful waterway providing a wonderful venue for picnics, walking, boating, fishing, water skiing and swimming.
Visit on the weekends for a hive of local activity or take some time out during the week for quiet, relaxation and rejuvenation.
The foreshore of Lake Bullen Merri is a great spot to take friends and family for a picnic or BBQ (free BBQ facilities available).

Rainbow trout, brown trout, chinook salmon, Atlantic salmon and Australian bass can be found in Lake Bullen Merri.
Speed boats are also welcome at Lake Bullen Merri, and you will often see water-skiers hitting the lake in the summer months.
