COVID-19 Update: Thursday 26 March 2020

Lakes and Craters Holiday Park is now closed as of midnight 25 March 2020.

As a further measure to try and contain the spread of COVID-19, the Victorian government has mandated that all caravan and camping parks must close at midnight, 25 March 2020, to all tourists, holidaymakers and annuals.

The ONLY exceptions are for residents who live permanently on-site, travellers trying to make their way home or travellers living on the road who do not have a permanent place of residence.

Parks can also open to workers whose primary residence is not available due to the distance between their home and their worksite.

Under this state government directive, unfortunately, annuals MUST NOT, and will not, be admitted to our park.

We understand that this is frustrating news for many of our loyal visitors and annuals but in the interests of public health, we must all work together to eliminate COVID-19.

We thank you for your continued co-operation and support as we implement these changes.

If you have a booking with us or you are one of our annuals, you will have received an email directly. If you have any queries, please email us at

We are receiving many calls at the moment and your patience is appreciated. We will respond as soon as we can.

Thank you. Together we will get through this.

Yours sincerely,

Anthony, Jodie and the team.
